From application to first delivery
Every account is handled by a person on our wholesale team, from the first application to every reorder.
- ApplyTell us about your store: location, selling channels, resale details and what you'd like to carry. It takes about five minutes.
- ReviewA person on our wholesale team reads every application and looks at fit, market and existing coverage in your area.
- Log in and see pricingOnce approved, log in with the email you applied with to see wholesale and suggested retail on every style.
- Build your orderUse the order sheet to pick styles and size runs, or upload a CSV. Submit it as an order request.
- Confirm, pay and shipWe confirm stock, pricing and shipping, then send a Shopify invoice. Open stock ships once the invoice is paid; made-to-order styles go into production.
Program terms

| Wholesale pricing | Keystone. Suggested retail is shown with every style, and we ask partners to hold it. |

| Lead time | Open stock ships in 5 to 10 business days. Made-to-order styles run 8 to 12 weeks. |
| Returns | Wholesale orders are final sale. Defects are covered and replaced or credited. |
| Selling channels | Partners may not list Jeff Hamilton product on Amazon, eBay, Poshmark or any other third-party marketplace. |
A note on pricing. We don't publish wholesale prices. Approved accounts see wholesale and suggested retail on every style when they log in.

How do I place an order?
Log in, build your order on the order sheet (or upload a CSV) and submit it as an order request. Our wholesale team confirms availability, pricing and shipping, then sends you a Shopify invoice. Nothing is charged until you pay that invoice.
What are the minimums?
$10,000 at wholesale for your opening order and $5,000 for reorders, with at least 24 units per order and at least 6 units per style in a full size run where available.
How do I pay?
Opening orders are paid in full before production. Net 30 is available from your third reorder for accounts in good standing, subject to credit approval.
Do you allow marketplace resale?
No. Partners may not list Jeff Hamilton product on Amazon, eBay, Poshmark or any other third-party marketplace. This protects every partner, including you.
How fast can I get product on my floor?
Open stock ships in 5 to 10 business days from an approved, paid order. Plan 8 to 12 weeks for made-to-order styles.
Can I return wholesale product?
Wholesale orders are final sale. Defects are covered and replaced or credited.
