Wholesale terms & resources

Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are for businesses that resell Jeff Hamilton product: boutiques, specialty and department stores, team and arena retail, and corporate or custom programs. Every application is reviewed by a person on our wholesale team, and we ask for a resale certificate number or EIN when you apply.
Approval is at our discretion. Wholesale pricing and ordering are available only to approved accounts while logged in.
Minimum orders and size runs
- Opening order: $10,000 at wholesale. This applies to your first order only.
- Reorders: $5,000 at wholesale.
- Units: at least 24 units per order.
- Per style: at least 6 units per style, in a full size run where available.
The order sheet checks these for you before you send a request, and our team confirms them on your invoice.
Pricing and payment terms
Wholesale pricing is keystone: 50% of suggested retail, shown per unit. Suggested retail is listed with every style, and we ask partners to hold it.
- Opening orders are paid in full before production.
- Net 30 is available from your third reorder for accounts in good standing, subject to credit approval.
Every order is confirmed with a Shopify invoice from our team. The invoice shows the final prices, shipping and any tax, and your order is confirmed once it's paid or accepted on approved terms.
Shipping and lead times
- Open stock ships in 5 to 10 business days from an approved, paid order.
- Made-to-order styles run 8 to 12 weeks.
Shipping is quoted on your invoice. A requested ship date is a request, and we confirm the actual date with you.
Backorders and made-to-order
Styles marked Made to order are produced after your order is confirmed and run 8 to 12 weeks. Sizes marked Sold out can't be ordered.
Stock shown in the catalog is live, but it isn't reserved until your invoice is paid. If a size sells out before then, we'll contact you before invoicing.
Returns, damages and claims
Wholesale orders are final sale. Defects are covered and replaced or credited.
Selling channels
Partners may not list Jeff Hamilton product on Amazon, eBay, Poshmark or any other third-party marketplace. This protects every partner, including you.
Line sheets and catalog
Approved accounts see wholesale and suggested retail on every style in the online wholesale catalog, with live stock by size.
