Return Period
Most of our garments are made-to-order, please carefully check your cart before placing your order to ensure you're ordering the correct size. We accept size exchanges within 14 days after the customer receives their item. The item must be returned in its original condition without damages or signs of being worn.
Upon inspection and approval of your returned item, we will process your requested size exchange.
Return Instructions
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Package your item securely in the garment bag and in its original packaging if possible.
- Include your order number and the new size you are requesting

- Order number and the new size being requested
- All original packaging
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item for an item of the same purchase cost.
If the exchange is necessary due to an error on our behalf (incorrect size or item shipped), we will cover the cost of shipping free of charge.
